5. How and for What Purposes imoo Uses Collected Informationimoo will use the information we collect, including Usage Information, to:
(i) improve the Website's functionality and user experience; and
(ii) inform product and service development, as well as sales and marketing campaigns.
imoo does not sell information collected through the Website. In accordance with our routine record-keeping procedures, we may delete certain records containing information collected through the Website or otherwise. We are under no obligation to retain such information indefinitely.
6. When and With Whom imoo Shares Collected Information1) We may share information, such as aggregated user statistics and Usage Information, with third parties.

We may share information within the imoo group and among our related entities (collectively, "Affiliates"), some of whom may not be covered by this Policy, for purposes including but not limited to: (i) business development; (ii) supporting various business processes; (iii) security; (iv) research and development; and (v) enabling us to aggregate Usage Information across certain imoo products. Affiliates that have not adopted this Policy will process your information in accordance with their respective privacy policies, the terms of which may differ from this Policy.
3) Third parties providing services on our behalf. We may, from time to time, engage third parties to perform certain functions on our behalf, such as hosting or operating the Website and conducting data analysis. We may share information with these third parties to enable them to provide content or perform other services for imoo.
